The sole proprietorship is the simplest business, the owner invests capital to start the business, takes all decisions relating to business, looks after the day to day functioning of the business and finally, is responsible for the profit or loss.
Although sole proprietor doesn’t require any specific registrations, he is advised to obtain a few registration to make his business function smoothly.

- Shop and Establishment Act License (mandatory at some states)

- Aadhar Card i.e. Proprietor's Aadhar card as ID proof
- PAN Card i.e. Proprietor's PAN card
- Cheque: Copy of cancel cheque
- Electricity Bill: Copy of current Electricity bill as address proof
